Convertible Top Replacement
A new soft top, fitted for the year, make and model in front of you, in fabric or vinyl with the rear window in glass or plastic. Every top gets its frame and bungees checked and realigned first, so the new fabric sits the way it should instead of stretching over an old problem underneath it. Aftermarket installs carry a 3-year parts and 2-year labor warranty; factory tops carry 1-year parts and 2-year labor.
Diagnose before you replace
Convertible Top Repair
Most tops that stop working do not need replacing. We check the motor, the hydraulic cylinders, hoses and pump, the cables, gears and transmission, the relays and switches, and the frame itself before anyone talks about a new roof. Sunroof mechanisms get the same diagnosis. One customer's dealer quoted $12,000 for a full roof replacement; the actual fix here was a realigned bungee kit and repaired wiring, for $750.

Seats get rebuilt from the foam up, then covered in cloth or leather with inserts cut to match what came out. New carpet goes in, center consoles get built or repaired, and colors get dyed to match the rest of the interior so a single worn panel does not have to mean a full re-cover. Airbags come out and go back in correctly after a collision repair. Most seat and carpet jobs are three to five days; a complete interior or restoration runs months, because every panel is patterned and fitted by hand.
Sagging, torn or sun-damaged
Headliners, Visors & Dashboards
Arizona heat breaks down the foam backing on a headliner faster than almost anywhere else, which is why a sagging headliner is one of the most common jobs on the bench. We rebuild the board or re-cover it depending on what the material needs, refinish sun visors to match, and service sunroofs when the mechanism is part of the problem. Most of these jobs run three to five days, with little or no lead time.

Cars are not the only things that come through the bay doors. RVs, motorcycles and aircraft get the same tops and interior work as anything with four wheels and a steering column, from a motorcycle seat with diamond stitching to a full RV interior re-cover.
